The wellCAMdent Milling Center cuts in all materials available for prosthetics. We mill materials such as: chromium-cobalt, titanium, zirconium oxide, PMMA, PEEK, TRINIA.

A wide range of colors according to the Vita shade guide allows you to achieve a perfect color effect. Our offer includes zirconium oxide with varying degrees of translucency, thanks to which we are able to mask unfavorable discoloration of pillars and metal inserts. We also mill highly aesthetic full-contour crowns.

Titanium is a metal that is completely corrosion-resistant and, at the same time, the most biocompatible material in contact with the patient’s tissues. Low thermal conductivity ensures that the patient with titanium restoration is pain-free due to temperature differences. The restorations are resistant to mechanical deformation and are lighter than metal.

The chromium-cobalt alloy is the most popular alloy used in modern prosthetics. It has good corrosion resistance, plasticity and high modulus of elasticity. We make Co-Cr prosthetic foundations from powder in the additive technique on laser sinter (SLM). Thanks to the most modern technologies and work on German machines and raw materials, we can adjust our offer to the requirements of our customers.

PMMA – biocompatible acrylic polymer – is ideal for temporary restorations and as a prototype to determine the occlusion height or shape of the teeth on hybrid bridges. Its main advantage is the reduction of shrinkage to 0.02% during polymerization.

PEEK – polyetheretherketone – is a semi-crystalline, thermoplastic material that combines high strength properties with high temperature resistance and excellent resistance to external chemical factors.

Trinia is a hybrid material whose uniqueness lies in the high modulus of tear strength while maintaining flexibility and light transmittance.

PEEK and Trinia, thanks to their high strength and biocompatibility properties, are perfect for light work veneered with composite, e.g. on implants.
